Ceremony Times +
Age group ceremonies for the race weekend will be held after all athletes in each division have competed. If you podiumed, and competed on a weekday, please go to Help Desk with your ID, and you will receive free access to attend the ceremony and collect your flag. Any additional spectators will need to purchase a spectator ticket. Please refer to the ceremony schedule below.

Nashville International Airport (BNA) is the nearest airport, approximately a 20-30 minute drive to the potential venue areas. Public transport within Nashville is limited; consider utilizing ride-sharing services like Uber or Lyft from the airport to your accommodation and the venue. Taxis are also readily available. If driving, please check back for specific parking information once the venue is announced.

Pure Running
Running makes up more than 50% of a HYROX race. We build your aerobic base and pacing strategy so you can hold a strong pace across all 8 km of running.
Functional Station Training
Targeted strength and conditioning for the 8 HYROX stations. Sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry, sandbag lunges, wall balls, and SkiErg.
Compromised Running
The true separator in HYROX. We program running intervals on fatigued legs to simulate the demands of running immediately after completing a station.
