At athlete registration you will receive:
- Athlete wristband
- Venue access wristband
- Ankle strap & timing chip
- Bib number
You will not be able to race without all of the above.

Ceremony Times +
Age group ceremonies for the race weekend will be held after all athletes in each division have competed. If you podiumed, and competed on a weekday, please go to Help Desk with your ID, and you will receive free access to attend the ceremony and collect your flag. Any additional spectators will need to purchase a spectator ticket. Please refer to the ceremony schedule below.

The venue, NOVA Spektrum, is located at Messeveien 8, 2004 Lillestrøm. The nearest major airport is Oslo Airport Gardermoen (OSL), approximately a 15-minute train or taxi ride away. From Oslo Central Station (Oslo S), take the Lufthåkon (R20) or Flytoget (Airport Express Train) towards Oslo Airport, and alight at Lillestrøm station. The venue is a short walk from Lillestrøm station. Taxis and ride-sharing services are readily available from both the airport and Oslo city center.

For HYROX Oslo 2026, staying close to the NOVA Spektrum venue in Lillestrøm is your most convenient option. Lillestrøm itself offers several hotels, making it easy to walk to the race. Alternatively, consider the areas around Oslo Airport Gardermoen (OSL), which also has hotels and good transport links to Lillestrøm. If you prefer to stay closer to the capital, Oslo city center is about a 20-minute train ride away, offering a wider range of accommodation and dining.
When it comes to dining, Lillestrøm has a selection of restaurants and cafes, many located within or near the shopping center adjacent to NOVA Spektrum, offering convenient pre- or post-race meals. If you venture into Oslo, you'll find everything from traditional Norwegian eateries serving local delicacies like "fårikål" to international cuisine and trendy gastropubs. Explore the areas around the city center or the Grünerløkka district for diverse culinary experiences.

Pure Running
Running makes up more than 50% of a HYROX race. We build your aerobic base and pacing strategy so you can hold a strong pace across all 8 km of running.
Functional Station Training
Targeted strength and conditioning for the 8 HYROX stations. Sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry, sandbag lunges, wall balls, and SkiErg.
Compromised Running
The true separator in HYROX. We program running intervals on fatigued legs to simulate the demands of running immediately after completing a station.
