Race day is more exciting when you know who's on the start line. Today we're launching Start Lists on TrainRox — a searchable, filterable view of every registered athlete for upcoming HYROX races.
The biggest advantage? Filter down to your exact wave and see the personal best times of the athletes you'll be racing against. Know who's in your heat, how fast they've gone before, and where you stack up — all before you even step into the venue.
You can also search by name to find yourself, your training partners, or athletes you follow, and filter by day, wave, or age group to get exactly the view you need.
When Are Start Lists Available?
The official start list is published by HYROX on startlist.hyrox.com, typically a few days before race day. We bring that data to TrainRox as soon as it's available and update it regularly as new registrations come in, so check back closer to the event for the most complete list.
Head to any upcoming race on the Events page and open the Start List tab to see who's registered.
