Age group ceremonies for the race weekend will be held after all athletes in each division have competed. If you podiumed, and competed on a weekday, please go to Help Desk with your ID, and you will receive free access to attend the ceremony and collect your flag. Any additional spectators will need to purchase a spectator ticket.

How to Get There +

The Jaarbeurs Utrecht is easily accessible. The nearest major airport is Amsterdam Airport Schiphol (AMS), approximately a 30-45 minute train journey away.

From Utrecht Central Station, which is a major rail hub, the Jaarbeurs Utrecht is just a short walk (about 5-10 minutes) across the street. If arriving by train, simply follow the signs for Jaarbeurs.

For public transport within Utrecht, the venue is well-served by local buses and trams stopping near Utrecht Central Station. Taxis and ride-sharing services are also readily available throughout the city and can take you directly to the venue entrance.

Pure Running

Running makes up more than 50% of a HYROX race. We build your aerobic base and pacing strategy so you can hold a strong pace across all 8 km of running.

Functional Station Training

Targeted strength and conditioning for the 8 HYROX stations. Sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry, sandbag lunges, wall balls, and SkiErg.

Compromised Running

The true separator in HYROX. We program running intervals on fatigued legs to simulate the demands of running immediately after completing a station.
