Ceremony Times +
Age group ceremonies for the race weekend will be held after all athletes in each division have competed. If you podiumed, and competed on a weekday, please go to Help Desk with your ID, and you will receive free access to attend the ceremony and collect your flag. Any additional spectators will need to purchase a spectator ticket. Please refer to the ceremony schedule below.

How to Get There +
Tampa International Airport (TPA) is the nearest airport, approximately a 20-30 minute drive to the likely venue areas. Public transportation options may vary depending on the final venue location. If the venue is accessible via the Hillsborough Area Regional Transit (HART) bus system, plan your route accordingly. The nearest HART bus stops will be communicated once the venue is confirmed. For convenience, ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are readily available throughout Tampa and offer direct transport to the venue. Parking information will be provided once the venue is announced.

Pure Running
Running makes up more than 50% of a HYROX race. We build your aerobic base and pacing strategy so you can hold a strong pace across all 8 km of running.
Functional Station Training
Targeted strength and conditioning for the 8 HYROX stations. Sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry, sandbag lunges, wall balls, and SkiErg.
Compromised Running
The true separator in HYROX. We program running intervals on fatigued legs to simulate the demands of running immediately after completing a station.
