How to Get There +
The Cape Town International Convention Centre (CTICC) is easily accessible. The nearest major airport is Cape Town International Airport (CPT), approximately a 20-30 minute drive from the venue depending on traffic. From the airport, the most convenient option is a taxi or ride-share service (Uber, Bolt), which will take you directly to the CTICC. Public transport from the airport to the CBD is limited; however, once in the city, the CTICC is well-connected. Several MyCiTi bus routes stop near the convention centre. Parking is available at the CTICC, but plan for potential charges.

When it comes to dining, you'll be spoilt for choice. The V&A Waterfront boasts numerous restaurants ranging from casual eateries to fine dining, many with stunning harbor views. For a taste of local flavors, explore the eateries in De Waterkant, known for its trendy bistros and cafes. A HYROX race demands more than just running or lifting. Our training plans balance three types of work so you arrive race-ready for every lap and every station.
Pure Running
Running makes up more than 50% of a HYROX race. We build your aerobic base and pacing strategy so you can hold a strong pace across all 8 km of running.
Functional Station Training
Targeted strength and conditioning for the 8 HYROX stations. Sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry, sandbag lunges, wall balls, and SkiErg.
Compromised Running
The true separator in HYROX. We program running intervals on fatigued legs to simulate the demands of running immediately after completing a station.
