Heard about Hyrox at the end of 2023.
Started training more specific for the first Hyrox doubles race in Berlin in April 2024. Since that race I did a total of 3 doubles and 2 solos.
Always been a football player so more of a runner profile than a strength athlete. Been trying to gain weight and strength to keep improving my time.
