Weekend Recap3 races this weekend with 34,112+ athletes. 🇿🇦 HYROX Cape Town — In a field of 6,441 athletes, the competition was fierce. Kyle Schoonbee took the win in PRO MEN with a time of 57:15, while Danél Louw secured the top spot in PRO WOMEN at 1:00:45. The PRO DOUBLES MEN title went to Dylan Pienaar, Kyle Schoonbee in 51:58, and Vicky MacIntosh, Danél Louw claimed the PRO DOUBLES WOMEN victory in 55:02. In the OPEN divisions, Mathieu Cros won OPEN MEN with 1:02:26 and Melanie Carsten led the OPEN WOMEN field in 1:06:32. 🇺🇸 HYROX Miami — Miami hosted a massive turnout of 14,330 athletes. Hunter McIntyre dominated the PRO MEN division with a 53:59 finish, while Rachael Wade clocked 1:00:45 to win PRO WOMEN. The PRO DOUBLES MEN saw Ryan Douglas, Cole Learn take gold in 50:01, and Kris Rugloski, Bridget Brown won PRO DOUBLES WOMEN in 57:11. In the OPEN races, Nils Knuth finished OPEN MEN in 57:58 and Carly Chavez Gomez took OPEN WOMEN in 1:03:20. 🇸🇬 HYROX Singapore — With 13,341 athletes participating, Singapore showcased some incredible performances. Tanguy Cruz won PRO MEN in 1:00:22, and Tanja Stroschneider took the PRO WOMEN title at 1:05:21. The PRO DOUBLES MEN podium was topped by Beomseok Hong, Gabe Heck in 52:34, while Jade Booth, Rhiannon Dobbs won PRO DOUBLES WOMEN in 1:02:48. News & UpdatesWith a new points-based ranking system launching for pro athletes next season, Maarten Enthoven has released an unofficial rankings simulator to help you navigate the changes. The system calculates rankings based on an athlete's best five results over a rolling 365-day window, with points determined by percentile finish and event tier. The tool also provides insights into time rankings, all-time standings, national rankings for Mixed Relay qualification, and field strength tiebreakers. HYROX is bringing the Young Stars division to the United States. Designed for athletes aged 8 to 15, this program focuses on fitness and fun through workouts tailored for the next generation.
