How to Get There +

The Makuhari Messe is accessible via public transport. From Narita International Airport (NRT), the journey to Chiba takes approximately 1 to 1.5 hours. Take the Narita Express train to Kaihin-Makuhari Station. From Tokyo Station, you can take the JR Keiyo Line directly to Kaihin-Makuhari Station, which is a short walk from the venue. Taxis and ride-sharing services are also available from major stations and the airport.

Functional Station Training

Targeted strength and conditioning for the 8 HYROX stations. Sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry, sandbag lunges, wall balls, and SkiErg.

Compromised Running

The true separator in HYROX. We program running intervals on fatigued legs to simulate the demands of running immediately after completing a station.
