Ceremony Times +
Age group ceremonies for the race weekend will be held after all athletes in each division have competed. If you podiumed, and competed on a weekday, please go to Help Desk with your ID, and you will receive free access to attend the ceremony and collect your flag. Any additional spectators will need to purchase a spectator ticket. Please refer to the ceremony schedule below.

Istanbul is served by Istanbul Airport (IST) and Sabiha Gökçen International Airport (SAW). From either airport, taxis and ride-sharing services are readily available to reach the venue, which will be announced later. Public transport options will likely involve a combination of metro and bus lines depending on the venue's final location. The city boasts an extensive metro network, and Trainrox will provide specific route details once the venue is confirmed.

Pure Running
Running makes up more than 50% of a HYROX race. We build your aerobic base and pacing strategy so you can hold a strong pace across all 8 km of running.
Functional Station Training
Targeted strength and conditioning for the 8 HYROX stations. Sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry, sandbag lunges, wall balls, and SkiErg.
Compromised Running
The true separator in HYROX. We program running intervals on fatigued legs to simulate the demands of running immediately after completing a station.
