How to Get There +

The nearest airport to Yashobhoomi (IICC) is Indira Gandhi International Airport (DEL), approximately a 20-30 minute drive depending on traffic.

From the airport, take the Airport Express Line (Orange Line) of the Delhi Metro towards New Delhi. Alight at the Dwarka Sector 21 station. Yashobhoomi (IICC) is accessible from this station.

Taxis and ride-sharing services are readily available at the airport and throughout the city, offering a convenient alternative to public transport.

City Guide: Delhi +

Expected weather in July: 27-34°C (81-93°F), 70-80% humidity

For athletes traveling to compete in Delhi, staying near the Yashobhoomi (IICC) venue in Dwarka will be most convenient. Dwarka itself is a large sub-city with numerous hotels and residential areas offering good access. Look for accommodations within Dwarka Sector 21, 18, or 13 for proximity.

When it comes to dining, Dwarka offers a wide array of culinary experiences. You'll find popular Indian chain restaurants serving everything from North Indian curries to South Indian dosas. For a more local feel, explore the markets within Dwarka for street food vendors offering chaat, parathas, and other savory snacks. If you're looking for diverse international options, Central and South Delhi districts, a short ride away, boast numerous cafes and restaurants catering to every palate.

Flexible Training Schedule

What your training plan covers

A HYROX race demands more than just running or lifting. Our training plans balance three types of work so you arrive race-ready for every lap and every station.

Pure Running

Running makes up more than 50% of a HYROX race. We build your aerobic base and pacing strategy so you can hold a strong pace across all 8 km of running.

Functional Station Training

Targeted strength and conditioning for the 8 HYROX stations. Sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry, sandbag lunges, wall balls, and SkiErg.

Compromised Running

The true separator in HYROX. We program running intervals on fatigued legs to simulate the demands of running immediately after completing a station.

"I was skeptical about another fitness app, but TrainRox is different. It's built specifically for HYROX, not adapted from generic CrossFit templates."
