Ceremony Times +

Age group ceremonies for the race weekend will be held after all athletes in each division have competed. If you podiumed, and competed on a weekday, please go to Help Desk with your ID, and you will receive free access to attend the ceremony and collect your flag. Any additional spectators will need to purchase a spectator ticket. Please refer to the ceremony schedule below.

How to Get There +

The venue, 1055 Canada Place, is easily accessible. Vancouver International Airport (YVR) is approximately a 30-45 minute drive away. From downtown, the closest SkyTrain station is Waterfront Station, a short walk from Canada Place. Use the Canada Line or Expo Line to reach Waterfront. Taxis and ride-sharing services are readily available throughout the city for direct access to the venue.

For athletes competing in Vancouver, staying near Canada Place offers excellent convenience. Consider the Downtown core, particularly the Coal Harbour or Gastown neighborhoods, which are within walking distance or a short transit ride to the venue. These areas boast a wide range of hotels and accommodation options.

When it comes to dining, Gastown is a culinary hotspot with numerous excellent restaurants. For casual options, explore the food trucks often found around the downtown area. Coal Harbour also has waterfront dining with stunning views. You'll find everything from upscale eateries to relaxed pubs and cafes to fuel your pre- and post-race needs.

Pure Running

Functional Station Training

Targeted strength and conditioning for the 8 HYROX stations. Sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry, sandbag lunges, wall balls, and SkiErg.
