For athletes competing at HYROX Riga, finding convenient accommodation near the International Exhibition Center on Ķīpsalas iela is key. The Kurzemes District itself, where the venue is located, offers a good base. Consider areas within walking distance or a short taxi ride for easy access. For dining, explore the Old Town (Vecrīga), a UNESCO World Heritage site, which is a short journey away and brimming with diverse culinary options, from traditional Latvian taverns serving hearty fare like grey peas and bacon to modern European bistros. Closer to the venue, you'll find local cafes and restaurants in the surrounding residential areas of the Kurzemes District, perfect for a quick and satisfying meal before or after your race.

Flexible Training Schedule

What your training plan covers

A HYROX race demands more than just running or lifting. Our training plans balance three types of work so you arrive race-ready for every lap and every station.

Pure Running

Running makes up more than 50% of a HYROX race. We build your aerobic base and pacing strategy so you can hold a strong pace across all 8 km of running.

Functional Station Training

Targeted strength and conditioning for the 8 HYROX stations. Sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry, sandbag lunges, wall balls, and SkiErg.

Compromised Running

The true separator in HYROX. We program running intervals on fatigued legs to simulate the demands of running immediately after completing a station.

"I was skeptical about another fitness app, but TrainRox is different. It's built specifically for HYROX, not adapted from generic CrossFit templates."
