How to Get There +
The NESCO Center is accessible via Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport (BOM), approximately a 45-minute to 1-hour drive depending on traffic. Public transport options include the Mumbai Suburban Railway. Take a local train to Goregaon Station. From Goregaon Station, the NESCO Center is a short auto-rickshaw or taxi ride away. Alternatively, ride-sharing apps are widely available and offer a convenient way to reach the venue directly from the airport or your accommodation. Parking availability at the venue should be confirmed closer to the event date.
City Guide: Mumbai +
Expected weather in September: 27-31°C (81-88°F), 75-85% humidity
For athletes competing at the NESCO Center in Goregaon East, consider staying in the surrounding areas for convenient access. Neighborhoods like Andheri West, Goregaon West, or even Juhu offer a range of accommodation options and are relatively close to the venue. These districts provide good access to local amenities and transport links. When it comes to dining, Mumbai offers an incredible culinary landscape. Explore local eateries around Goregaon for authentic Maharashtrian cuisine, or venture into areas like Juhu or Bandra for a wider array of cafes and restaurants, from casual street food experiences to more upscale dining. Seek out places known for their seafood or innovative Indian fusion dishes to truly experience the city's flavors during your race weekend.

What your training plan covers
A HYROX race demands more than just running or lifting. Our training plans balance three types of work so you arrive race-ready for every lap and every station.
Pure Running
Running makes up more than 50% of a HYROX race. We build your aerobic base and pacing strategy so you can hold a strong pace across all 8 km of running.
Functional Station Training
Targeted strength and conditioning for the 8 HYROX stations. Sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry, sandbag lunges, wall balls, and SkiErg.
Compromised Running
The true separator in HYROX. We program running intervals on fatigued legs to simulate the demands of running immediately after completing a station.
"I was skeptical about another fitness app, but TrainRox is different. It's built specifically for HYROX, not adapted from generic CrossFit templates."
