How to Get There +

The Nusantara International Convention Exhibition (NICE) is accessible via public transport and ride-sharing services. The nearest major airport is Soekarno-Hatta International Airport (CGK), approximately a 45-60 minute drive depending on traffic. For public transport, take the Airport Train from CGK to Sudirman Station. From Sudirman, you can connect to the TransJakarta bus system or take a taxi/ride-share directly to the venue. Taxis and ride-sharing apps like Gojek and Grab are readily available throughout the city and offer a convenient way to reach NICE.

Pure Running

Running makes up more than 50% of a HYROX race. We build your aerobic base and pacing strategy so you can hold a strong pace across all 8 km of running.

Functional Station Training

Targeted strength and conditioning for the 8 HYROX stations. Sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry, sandbag lunges, wall balls, and SkiErg.

Compromised Running

The true separator in HYROX. We program running intervals on fatigued legs to simulate the demands of running immediately after completing a station.
