Race Day Athlete Registration

- During race weekend, it is only possible to check in on the day you are competing
At athlete registration you will receive:
- Athlete wristband
- Venue access wristband
- Ankle strap & timing chip
- Bib number
You will not be able to race without all of the above.

Age group ceremonies for the race weekend will be held after all athletes in each division have competed. If you podiumed, and competed on a weekday, please go to Help Desk with your ID, and you will receive free access to attend the ceremony and collect your flag. Any additional spectators will need to purchase a spectator ticket.
How to Get There +
The nearest major airport is Amsterdam Airport Schiphol (AMS), approximately a 1.5-hour journey. From Amsterdam Centraal Station, take a direct train towards Leeuwarden and alight at Heerenveen station. From Heerenveen station, bus route 352 or 133 will take you to the stop 'Heerenveen, Thialf'. The venue is a short walk from this bus stop. Taxis and ride-sharing services are also available from the train station directly to Thialf.

Functional Station Training
Targeted strength and conditioning for the 8 HYROX stations. Sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry, sandbag lunges, wall balls, and SkiErg.
