For those traveling to Dallas for HYROX, centering your stay in the Downtown Dallas or the adjacent Arts District will put you in close proximity to the Dallas Convention Center venue. These areas offer a range of hotels to suit different budgets. For dining, the Deep Ellum neighborhood, just a short drive or rideshare away, is renowned for its vibrant culinary scene with everything from classic Texas BBQ joints to trendy international eateries. If you prefer to stay closer to the convention center, the Main Street Garden area offers diverse options, including casual cafes and upscale dining.
Exploring the Dallas Arts District before or after your race is highly recommended. It's a hub for culture and provides a great way to decompress. You'll find plenty of cafes and bistros scattered throughout downtown and the Arts District, perfect for a pre-race carb-load or a post-race celebratory meal.

What your training plan covers
A HYROX race demands more than just running or lifting. Our training plans balance three types of work so you arrive race-ready for every lap and every station.
Pure Running
Running makes up more than 50% of a HYROX race. We build your aerobic base and pacing strategy so you can hold a strong pace across all 8 km of running.
Functional Station Training
Targeted strength and conditioning for the 8 HYROX stations. Sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry, sandbag lunges, wall balls, and SkiErg.
Compromised Running
The true separator in HYROX. We program running intervals on fatigued legs to simulate the demands of running immediately after completing a station.
"I was skeptical about another fitness app, but TrainRox is different. It's built specifically for HYROX, not adapted from generic CrossFit templates."
