The venue, Av. Joan Carles I, 64, 08908 Barcelona, is accessible via public transport. From Barcelona Airport (BCN), take the Aerobus to Plaça Espanya, then transfer to the metro. Take the L1 (Red Line) from Plaça Espanya towards Hospital de Bellvitge and alight at the 'Fira' station, which is a short walk from the venue. Alternatively, taxis and ride-sharing services offer direct routes from the airport and throughout the city, typically taking 20-30 minutes depending on traffic.

Pure Running

Running makes up more than 50% of a HYROX race. We build your aerobic base and pacing strategy so you can hold a strong pace across all 8 km of running.

Functional Station Training

Targeted strength and conditioning for the 8 HYROX stations. Sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry, sandbag lunges, wall balls, and SkiErg.

Compromised Running

The true separator in HYROX. We program running intervals on fatigued legs to simulate the demands of running immediately after completing a station.
