How to Get There +
The nearest major airport to Anaheim is Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), approximately a 45-60 minute drive depending on traffic. From LAX, consider ride-sharing services or a pre-booked shuttle to reach Anaheim. Public transportation options are available but can be time-consuming; you'll likely need to combine bus and train services. The Anaheim Regional Transportation Intermodal Center (ARTIC) is a central hub for Amtrak and Metrolink trains. From ARTIC, local buses or taxis/ride-shares will be necessary to reach the venue. Information on parking at the venue will be released closer to the event.

For athletes competing in Anaheim, proximity to the upcoming venue will be key. Consider staying in the Anaheim Resort District, which is typically home to major hotels and offers easy access to many attractions. For dining, the Resort District boasts a wide range of options, from casual eateries to more upscale dining. Explore options around the Anaheim GardenWalk for a diverse selection of restaurants, bars, and entertainment. If you're looking for local flavor, venturing slightly outside the immediate tourist hub can yield authentic Mexican cuisine or classic American diners. Plan your accommodation and dining strategically to minimize travel time on race weekend and maximize your focus on performance.

What your training plan covers
A HYROX race demands more than just running or lifting. Our training plans balance three types of work so you arrive race-ready for every lap and every station.
Pure Running
Running makes up more than 50% of a HYROX race. We build your aerobic base and pacing strategy so you can hold a strong pace across all 8 km of running.
Functional Station Training
Targeted strength and conditioning for the 8 HYROX stations. Sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry, sandbag lunges, wall balls, and SkiErg.
Compromised Running
The true separator in HYROX. We program running intervals on fatigued legs to simulate the demands of running immediately after completing a station.
"I was skeptical about another fitness app, but TrainRox is different. It's built specifically for HYROX, not adapted from generic CrossFit templates."
