I found HYROX during a time of my life where God was testing and teaching me. Grief, betrayal, abandonment was something hard I had to work through. BUT, HYROX, was me choosing my hard and helping me remember who I am. I found so much community and development within myself. Im most grateful for the strengths and weaknesses this sport has exposed, allowing me confidence and a growth plan. I love it here 😊
