From Lisbon, you can take a direct train from Lisbon Oriente or Santa Apolónia station to Leiria station. The journey typically takes around 1 hour and 40 minutes. The Estádio Municipal de Leiria is a short taxi or ride-share from Leiria station. If driving, parking facilities are available at the stadium, though it is advisable to arrive early on race day due to potential congestion.

Pure Running

Running makes up more than 50% of a HYBRID DAY race. We build your aerobic base and pacing strategy so you can hold a strong pace across all 8 km of running.

Functional Station Training

Targeted strength and conditioning for the 8 HYBRID DAY stations. SkiErg, sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry, sandbag lunges, and wall balls.

Compromised Running

The true separator in HYBRID DAY. We program running intervals on fatigued legs to simulate the demands of running immediately after completing a station.
